Class – Budget ($30-$99 per speaker)
Highs 7/10 - Clear and cutting but in a good way. They are not a silk tweet but because of that they can get very loud for their size and not break up.
Lows 6/10 - Average response. You will not think there is a subwoofer in the room but the bottom range is punchy and firm. Much better then any normal computer speakers I have heard. They can also be joined with a subwoofer if you already have one.
Frequency Range/Response 7/10 - 80 Hz to 20 kHz - First, these do not have a flat frequency response but Behringer was not trying to accomplish it. These are high quality speakers not mixing monitors. With that said they are a great step in the right direction for the beginner producer or musician. They are a huge step up from regular hifi speakers and would perfect for a budget home studio.
Build Quality 7/10 - They are a solid plastic construction that is shielded. I have had no issue with them and I could not find any reviews of anyone having issues with them. Since they are not USB speakers you do not need to worry about computer drivers they a plug and play.
Value – 9/10 - $80 bucks for a 16w speaker system. Need I say more.

Simply, these are loud clear well build speakers. They would make a great choice for anyone looking to hear more and have greater clarity in their music and not spend thousands of dollars. These would also make a perfect upgrade to your computer sound system
